Shipping Policy

Shipping is currently airmail through CANADA POST to the address provided on your receipt during your purchase. Please verify your email & address carefully before checking out. Packages sent to the wrong address are not our responsibility.

CANADA

- Necklaces and winter scarves are mailed with a tracking number. 

- Head wraps and chokers are not tracked.

USA 

- Necklaces, head wraps and winter scarves are mailed with a tracking number.

- Chokers are not tracked.

INTERNATIONAL

- All items are mailed without a tracking number. If you would like your purchase with expedited shipping, tracking or by a certain time, please send us a message for a quote before placing your order.

If you need your items sooner, please let me know and we will do my best to accommodate you. Please note Expedited handmade items cost extra.

For orders outside of Canada, due to the unpredictability of international customs and border control procedures, we are not able to give you a guaranteed date of delivery.***

Some countries charge import duty taxes upon delivery. Theses duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If any package is returned to the seller due to an invalid/undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping payment.

"Time to ship" are business days (M-F) and do not include the weekend.

Refund Policy 

We stand behind our product. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the issue. If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and you will be offered an exchange for that product in the same price range or we will make edits to your current item. The buyer is responsible to pay for all shipping fees and these fees are non refundable.

Very large wholesale or bulk orders will generally take 4+ weeks, please contact us for further information, depending on your order.
